The NRLCA is heartbroken to learn of the untimely passing of Washington-Alaska DR Monte Hartshorn. Monte was a proud union member who worked tirelessly on behalf of the NRLCA and its members. He served the NRLCA and WARLCA on all levels of the National Steward System, from local steward all the way to District Representative, and served on numerous National Committees. Monte was a dear friend to many members of our rural carrier family. Please keep his family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
